Maybe you’re the type of person who listens longingly to stories about real estate succes. But you continue to sit on the sidelines. Real estate isn’t for me, you may think. It’s too complicated. Too scary. And too risky.

If that sounds like you, you are missing out. Investing in real estate is one of the best ways I know of to make money. I can confidently say that because it’s the reason for my financial independence. Twenty years ago, I was sick of being broke and blindly jumped into real estate.
